INTRODUCTION
For every individual person there must be some essential characteristics and elements which
is very important for the success and growth of a person. Every individual have their own
method in order to get success at the competitive environment. For this, learners are required to
adopt different sort of attributes so that they can effectively enhance their skills and capabilities.
The present report is based on various aspects which a learner in order to develop their
knowledge and understanding in different areas. In addition to this, reflection of overall
experience are also going to be included in this report along with the proper action plan which
will support in order to enhance the personal & professional skills.

Reflect the performance within the group presentation
What have you learnt?
At the time of preparing the presentation in Task 1 it has been learned as well as
understand that there are ample number of attributes which will assist in developing knowledge
of learner. All the things which has been learned with the help of this project help in
accomplishing professional as well as academic goals in an effective manner. While preparing
this presentation, ample number of things has been learned by me that will aid me in near future
in my professional life. For every individual success is essential part for which different sort of
factors are going to be used by them. By using different approaches, an individual person will be
able to attain their every personal as well as professional goals. In the present project, it has been
observed by me that my overall communication skill, listening skill, time management skill,
formulation of smart goals has been learned by me which leads towards getting success in both
personal and professional life.
What new data and information has been presented?
It has been said that there are different sort of new information presented which will
assist in enhancing the personal as well as professional skills in an individual. At the time of
doing this project, it is examined that different types of methods are there which will aid in
developing an attractive presentation. The overall experience in preparing the project aid in
getting lot of information which will aid me in getting success in near future. While preparing

this presentation, it is said that the overall presentation includes different task which is divided
by out team so that the end result will be effective and completed on given time frame. The
presentation is based on the topic of preparing success, where different factors are needed which
is used by them in order to get success are going to be developed. For this, information required
for the project attained from various sources which as a result aid me in getting knowledge about
different topic. By presenting all the information in an effective manner, the final grades will be
improved which leads towards the success of a person in both personal as well as professional
manner.
What was the interesting part?
Working on a new aspect which is group presentation is very interesting task where it
helped me in increasing the overall capabilities and skills in an effective manner. It has been said
that there are ample number of things which has been used to make presentation attractive and
interesting. For maintaining clarity and keeping the topic interesting the whole presentation has
been divided into segments which will be done by each and every team member as per their
capability and skills. It has been observed by me that the best and most interesting part of this
presentation is that every individual person assist their team members which help them in order
to develop positive as well as strong relationship with them. Another interesting part is the
development and implementation of goals and objective for the attainment of which they use
various methods. These methods will aid them in improving their knowledge and skills which
help them in getting opportunities in near future.
How might you use the new information?
All the information collected from different sources in order to prepare the presentation
help me in getting academic and professional advantages in an effective manner. With the
assistance of all these information, I will be able to get success in my academic stage by getting
higher grades. Therefore all the information used by me in this project help me in increasing the
knowledge and understanding for long term. Also by communicating all the information with my
team members aid in increasing my communication as well as time management skills which aid
me in conducting my whole work effectively and accurately as well as on the given time frame.
What did you not fully understand or confused you, and what did you do about it?

The one major thing which is not effectively understood by me is the formulation of
SMART objectives. The elements and things required in the formulation of SMART objective is
confusing which affect my overall development in a negative manner. For resolving this issue, I
have taken support from my team members and seniors which assist me in developing the
SMART objective. Help from my seniors, team mates and tutors leads towards improving my
knowledge related to the topic which will aid me in accomplishing the whole project in an
effective manner. Therefore, in the overall journey of my preparing the group presentation is
interesting apart from the development of SMART objective.
TASK 2
Elaborate on the areas academic & professional that you need to develop further.
It is analysed by me that there are several areas that is required to be enhanced as well as
developed to achieve future objectives and goals. In order to raise my potential level and my
capabilities, I have to first analyse areas that is required to be improved so that my overall skills
will be properly improve and enhanced as well. It is observe by me that I am lacking in areas like
time management and effective communication skill which is important for a student to perform
their academics in a proper manner and gain best opportunities in coming future. communication
skills is one of the significant aspect in a personality as it help in conveyancing people and
making good relationship with them. Communication skill is the ability of a person to represent
their views and ideas in front of others in a proper manner. in addition to this, it is capability to
convey message to people in a clear and effective manner. It is required for me to make
improvements and enhance my communication skills which will help me to participate in the
group presentation and to make people understand in an appropriate manner. With the help of
effective communication skills, I will be capable to deliver my presentation to the target
audience in an effectual way. Along with this, it also help me to present my innovative and
creative ideas to the people. It I analysed by me that an effective and good communication skills
help in developing healthy and good relationship with team members and also with the audiences
to for whom the presentation is prepared. Communication skill is significant for academic,
personal and professional development as well. If it is talking about the other area that is needed
to be focused and improved by me is time management skills. It is determine by me that
development of time management skills will help me to implement all the task on time and gain

positive outcomes as well. Moreover, it is analysed by me that enhancing time management
skills will make be able to complete presentation and projects on time that impact positively on
my academics. It will also help me in my professional life in order to enhance my performance
level in the upcoming organisation. I have learnt that because of lack of time management skills I
was unable to give preferences to my important work and also unable me to achieve objectives.
It is important for me to manage the time as per the tasks and activities so that the objectives is
achieved on time period. With the help of time management skills, I will able to improve my
academic and professional level as well. As a student, it is important for me to complete course
work of time that can be completed with the help of effective time management skills. It is
observed by me that in need to focus on time management and communication skills that help
me in both personal and professional growth effectively.
TASK 3
Develop an action plan
It is significant to create a proper action plan that will help in enhancing skills and
capabilities to preform activities in a proper manner. There are several steps that is involved
within the development area which in turn help me to overcome my weaknesses. Development
of an effective action plan will assist me in improving performance and attain higher growth in
both academic and professional life. The steps of action plan is given below:1. Setting clear goals – It is the initial step of developing an action plan and herein a person
set goals that is required to be achieve. My objective is to develop good relationship with
all the employees prevailing in my company. In addition to this, my goal is to improve
my skills and capabilities which will assist in gaining better opportunities in future. It is
required by me to implement all the task in a manner due to which objectives is
accomplished in timely manner.2. Identifying strengths & area of improvement –In this step, it is required by me to identify
my strength as well as weaknesses so that improvements can take place in a proper
manner. In addition to this, it is significant for me to focus on my weaknesses in order to
uplift my performance level. With the assistance of this step, it is analysed by me that my
strength is my commitment for my work. I have good team management and problem-
solving skills. Moreover, I am hard working person and gain in-depth understanding of

the work and because of which I am able to gain effective results. It is observed by me
that because of improper communication skills, I am not able to communicate my
creative ideas as well thoughts to others in a proper manner. Furthermore, time
management skills can also be undertaken as a weakness which is affecting my
productivity and performance in a negative manner.3. Approaches of development – It is significant for me to make use of various approaches
for improving my skills and capabilities where I lack. It is significant for me to improve
my communication skills and for this, I have registered for communication improvement
courses and also conducting session that help me to convey information and message in a
proper manner. In order to work on time management skills, I am focus on giving
preference on my important work in a proper manner.
4. Evaluation of performance – It is the last step of an action plan and herein I will analyse
the overall growth in my performance level. Herein, I observe and evaluate performance
as per the set objectives. In addition to this, it will help me to gain insight about the
performance and improvement in communication as well as time management skills.
CONCLUSION
With the aid of above information, it has been concluded that success plays very essential
role in the life of every person. For this, different types of skills and capabilities are required in
an person which will aid them in a positive manner. There must be proper knowledge about the
area which needs to be improved by an individual and for this effective action plan will be
developed which as a result assist in improving the potential of an individual person.
