Project Scope
Uber engineers would start the project by gathering information that is required in order for them
to start the project of developing the AI technologies. This would also include all the work that
they would have to undertake in order for the AI technologies to be delivered with the specific
features as the stakeholders desires.
Then they would embark on coming up with the features that the AI technologies would have.
This would also include the functions that the AI technologies are going to do for uber once the
project is complete.
Resources that are allocated to the project as well as making sure that the project timeframe is
followed will be possible when the engineers properly plan the work as well as have the features
as well as the functions that will be performed. The engineers however must be flexible in that
changes can happen in the implementation of the project. When deemed a necessity the
engineers will get proper authorization and approval from the project stakeholders they will be
able to incorporate such changes as the project progresses.
