communicate in the effective manner.
 For nurses, to do their job in effective manner, they have

Skills I developed in the semester
 Listening: It is the best skills for the good communication, if the person is trying to putting his own view and not listening other, then no one like to have that communication.
 Non-verbal communication: The factors involve in this type of communicate are body language, hand gestures and eye contact.
