INTRODUCTION
Development is the process in which various factors helps the individual to achieve an
efficient growth in the future. There are various set of skills which could help them to gain a
competitive advantage in the future over other individuals. They are able to get the desired work
position in the company (Alavi, and et.al 2018). There are most prominent analysation methods
which is been used to find the errors in the individual. The report main focus is to get the best
working positions to fulfil various goals and objectives. For further instance, this is the report in
which the individual can share their experience with the help of multiple models and approaches.
They can also focus on adapting to the new working and carry out the work duties and
responsibilities in a strategic manner. They can carry out the best results with the help of desired
skills and capabilities. There will be discussion about the swot analysis which is the main source
to identify the weak areas and the individual can make it better.

organisation
After getting the desired working position in the company. The individual needs to
perform well in the workplace with the help of multiple skills and causalities. During my
placement in Grocery UK (Blower, 2021). The post is of Admin Assistant Manager there are
various duties which needs to be performed strategically. I get the job position in order to gain
the necessary experience. The working environment is suitable and helps me to achieve the best
results fr the future. I control the workflow of the staff and give the necessary instructions to
commence the operations more smoothly in the workplace. There are better quality products and
services which is been provided to the customers. I also need to arrange the staff meetings and
schedule appointments for the clients. There are various skills which has been developed over a
period of time. I have enhanced the communication skill in an effective manner. I have talk to
various clients on phone and this is the main work responsibility for this job position. The
organisation is providing various diversified products to the consumers. There are various
departments which is been established on each products and services. There are various
communication channels which is been established by me in order to help the workplace function

in a better way. The business can achieve better growth in the future and able to gain competitive
advantage in the market.
Evaluating the Duties performed by Admin Assistant Manager
 Arranging the staff meetings and scheduling appointments – This is the major work
responsibility for the Admin assistant manager. The main focus is to establish an
effective communication system with most of the departments in a significant manner.
 Copying and digitalising the files and other documents – This is the major task which
needs to be carried out effectively (Corrêa, and et.al 2021). Maintaining all the
technological tools and other factors is also important.
 Verifying the invoices and reduce various errors – The admin assistant manager needs
to evaluate all the invoices and find multiple issues. They need to make the organisation
function in a better way.
Analysing the Swot Framework
It is the framework which is been used by the person to asses multiple areas and make
them more better in every possible manner. This is the tool for assessing of four aspects which is

the help of indulging in various projects. I need to take more responsibility and perform better in
the uncertain situations. I need to also be aware about various things and complete the project
prior to time. Through, this the organisation can take benefits in an effective manner. The main
motive is to inspire others in order to enhance the productivity of the workplace. I need to also
improve the communication gap between me other individuals. I need to communicate with the
people which have different backgrounds and cultures.
