INTRODUCTION
Development is a contentious process which helps the individuals to gain various skills
and capabilities. The individual can get the desired job position if they acquire right skills.
Placement is the period in which the students gets the preferred positions their assessments is
evaluated in a systematic manner (Caspersen, and Smeby, 2021). This report generally aims to
analyse about understanding the professional skills which helps the individual to achieve
employability. On the other hand, in this report there will be brief discussion about the
identification of various strengths and weaknesses of the individual. Through this they can focus
on the areas in which they are lacking and improve it in a strategic manner. The students can take
responsibility of the errors which they are commencing and needs to improve it in order to
achieve better growth over a period of time. Along with that, there will be preparation and
evaluation of the job analysis to establish an excellent career. For further instance, the reflective
skills will help the individual to improve different aspects and they can share the experience and
their journey while getting placement.

Importance of the Job opportunity and reflection
There are multiple job opportunities present for the individual they need to choose the
right path. There is certain position in which the the person can work in the organisation. During
my placement at A & M property investment group Ltd. The designation which is provided me is
of Sales manager (Christou, and Chatzigeorgiou, 2019). This is the perfect opportunity for me in
which there various skills which can be developed and I can enhance my overall knowledge in a
significant manner. The right exposure could help me to become more practical in the job
position. In relation to the Job specification there are various qualities which could help me to
achieve success in the job position. As a job position of Sales manager there are multiple
responsibilities in the workplace which needs to be carried out smoothly. There are multiple
variations which is practised in this job position. In this job position the main objective is to
achieve multiple targets which is set by the management. I use new common tools to enhance the
overall sales of the organisation. The main objective is to improve their profitability in the
market and providing them good results. This will help them to expand their business in various
regions. I also motivate the employees and help them to enhance their overall productivity in the

workplace. The major focus is to provide the right benefits to the organisation through which
they can become superior in the market. I have briefly analysed my job role and use various
techniques to carry out the responsibilities in a structured manner. As a sales manager I needs to
achieve the objectives and goals (Doshi, 2019). This will also help the company to function in a
better way. I also motivate the employees and help them to become more confident. There are
various strategies which is been devised by me in order to help the organisation achieve different
goals and objectives in the market.

This is the framework which will strategically help to enhance the areas in an effective

responsibilities in a better way. There is a proper study plan which needs to be maintained in
order to work effectively in the future and become more work oriented.

major focus is to enhance these skills to get valued in the workplace (McCafferty, and Hay,
2020). The individual can achieve a better growth in the future by using these skills and
capabilities. The assigned job role could become more flexible if the individual could focus on
achieving new outcomes in the future. Being a Sales manager A & M property investment group
Ltd. I ensure that I have the proper communication skills. This helps to attract new customers
and I can sell more numbers of goods and services to them. There are various complex situation
which is controlled by me. I always to perform best in my duties and work responsibilities. There
needs to be a proper structure which needs to implemented in the workplace. Work ethics is also
important in the organisation and there are various sustainable changes which could be bring
down in the organisation. I also work in a coordinated manner with the management and help
them to work with the new trends. The organisation could become better by right strategies and
methods. I assign various duties to the individuals and measure their performance. There are new
technological implementation which is used in order to make the better for the future of the
employees and help them to achieve new skills and capabilities.
Leadership skills could also play a vital role in providing the best path to the candidates.
Being a sales manager there are various tasks and goals which needs to be fulfilled prior to time
(Morin, Phillips, and Jeffryes, 2021). In the workplace I assign the tasks to the individual and
the main priority is carry out effectively. On the other hand, I check the status of the employees

become more profitable in the market. I also provide them right direction. Being a sales manager
I identify sales goals which is the main job description for this particular job. With the help of
new technology I create the sales plan in which there are different details. These plan are
formulated with the help of understanding the new trends properly. I have also analysed that I
need to provide the right training opportunities which will help the workforce to gets more
skilled. The main work responsibility is to improve the productivity of the workplace. There is
the management of the sales record which needs to be established it could help to analyse the
position of the company. They can take multiple advantages in the market in an effective manner
by identifying the weak points.
