right way through which the Personal Development can be ensured by them which will help

MAIN BODY
Scenario- I am a student studying in a university. I have to make sure that I am able to
bring out the desired level of improvement in myself so that I am able to make sure that I can
attain the goals and objectives effectively and efficiently. This will be helpful for me in preparing
myself for the future for the attainment of success.
Short-term goals-
These are the goals which are set for a Short time-period and therefore it is quite crucial
and important that the right and proper approach can be adopted in order to make sure that the
individual can make the right progress in the future (Bihun and et.al., 2021). Therefore, for the
students it becomes crucial to pay the necessary attention towards them so that they are able to
makes sure that they can help in their attainment. Also, it can be stated that for the students it is
quite crucial and important that through these goals they are able to develop their personality
which will help them a lot in the future. The Short-term goals which I will set are as follows-
ï‚· Improving communication skills- As a student, I will be focusing on ensuring that I can
bring an improvement in my communication skills. This will be highly useful for me in
ensuring that I can communicate with the people in a proper and appropriate way which
will therefore be useful in ensuring that the goals and objectives can be attained.
