There were some of the limitations encountered in my profile in the organization of health and
social care. I worked there as a trainee in delivering the services to the people indirectly as I
cannot interact with the clients directly. This gives rise to the lack in the field of opportunity as
the people have not developed trust as well as the faith based on the project assigned to me.
Different employees of the organization possess different projects for working there. The
knowledge, as well as the required information which I needed of the clients, also not provided
to me (Bakker and Bal, 2010). I was only restricted to take the decisions according to my profile.
So the employee of the different projects doesn’t listen to my sayings as I don’t have the
required knowledge of the field. The culture of the organization is affected by the process of
the interaction which sometimes may arise to the negative opinions.

addition to this, the coordination must be maintained in order to ensure the safe working
environment of the organization.
