Personal development is about increasing skills, capabilities for getting success in an
efficient manner. The report comprises personal & professional development along with goals of

Short term objectives & examples
These goals are formulated for days, weeks or months. Short term objectives are major source of
motivation which also helps an individual in improving performance for further betterment.
