Every individual is required to set certain goals and targets that are required to be
achieved in relation between learning and training. For this, a formal idea is needed to be
developed which will be known as personal and professional development plan. Every person

development. This report is based on Travelodge hotel that is operating in motel industry. They
have different branches all around the world. This study will discuss suitable approach and self
managing learning for mentioned industry. It will also include the area where every one need to
improve and developed. Goals as well as aims in relation with an individual regarding goals of
an organisation will also be analysed in this report. In this project there will also be a inclusion of
several types of issues which are in relation with work and solutions will also be given in context
to such issues. Communication plays an important role in a company and therefore distinct style
of communication will also be discussed in this report.

this location in this way I also make short term goals and objectives which will support me in
developing my whole performance (Kumari, 2011). Apart form I will also attain small objectives
then it will easy for organisation and me to achieving my long term objectives.
Apart form I will focus on improving leadership skill in my current personalities because

order to develop my technology skill as well as knowledge, I will attend such as join coaching
classes from next one weak so I achieve better information regarding to new innovation.

particular purpose. It will also motivate a personal to develop their professional and personal
effectiveness. Every people need help at the implementation of time of these plan.
Making plan is very important and easy but its implementation is very hard. I will learn
new and unique language so I can give best service to my potential buyers. Apart form , I will
focused on maximising my technological skill, for the prime task, I have to research relate to
proper coaching classes then who provide me information regarding latest and new software as
well as trends (Nofziger and et. al., 2010). This plan is very important and beneficial for my
personality and enterprise. All planning process were directly connect to business development
and personality.
