The following table demonstrates my strengths as well as weakness.

From the module, I analyzed that I have different skills that might be supportive in getting a
positive outcome like listening skills, interpersonal skills, and decision-making skills. I
observed that listening skills could lead to me in comprehending problems of others, as it
would be effective in getting reliable information towards the research issue (Forte and
Flores, 2014). It is analyzed that I have the capability of making a decision in the least time
that leads to getting reliable data towards the situation (Moss, Gibson, and Dollarhide, 2014).
Moreover, it is evaluated that I have also interpersonal skills that lead to me making a long-
term relationship with others. These strategies will be supported to me make my career in the
reputed organization. This module was effective for me in improving my understanding of
many characteristics like teamwork, communication, decision-making, and leadership
(Gamrat, et al., 2014). I observed that this skill supports to me to improve my professional
skills and reach a reliable conclusion. I understood that teamwork leads to an individual to
work with a huge number of people and get a favorable outcome (Olsen, 2015).
I also analyzed that I was unable to directly communicate with others. Lack of
communication skills declines the opportunity of making a positive relationship with others.
In the module, it is evaluated that communication is the most imperative professional skill
that an individual could require to make sustain the position of an individual in the
organization. Moreover, communication skills could be dependent on the work experience of

an employee. Furthermore, the communication skills will help an individual to improve their
personal as well as professional life (Moss, Gibson, and Dollarhide, 2014).
I failed to express my real thoughts and ideas on a particular topic to others, but after the
completion of this module, I simply express my views on the front of others. It was a big
achievement for me. Apart from this, I observed that leadership skills are imperative for
becoming a manager in the upcoming period. Through this module, I comprehend the
importance of leadership skills and improve the same. A leader is a person who led a team to
reach a reliable conclusion (Forte and Flores, 2014).
An individual should be aware of the leadership skills to imply it in the organization and
reach a reliable conclusion. Moreover, leadership skills are effective in leading the
organization process and make a reliable decision (Gamrat, et al., 2014). I have determined 1
year to improve my communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. I read many book,
magazines, and articles to improve my thought process and make effective communication
with others. I decided to participate in seminar, conferences, and leading activities to improve
my teamwork and leadership skills and get the opportunity of becoming a successful manager
in the upcoming period.
