INTRODUCTION
Development for successful business refer to all the activities which helps in better
growth and effective outcomes (Barhatov, Campa, and Pletnev, 2018). This report is based on
the presentation of autobiography of individual student who is focused on better knowledge
gathering with the help of institutions or university. Effective learning and growth of the person
helps in the achievement of all personal and professional goals and objectives in the market.
With the help of this report I share my personal past learning experience that helps me get
motivated towards the effective future growth and help me to set all the goal and objective for
future. I was educated from the Romania, where I learned about the Romania language because
of the poor life in my country. Romania is a poor country and educational institutions was not
able of provide effective quality in teaching. In my country my learning experience was
challenging because the lack of availability of resources in the country. Due to the poor
education system I took decision to motivate myself to study in the University of England. In the
institutions I get opportunity of learning various activities such as team work tasks, question and
answer case study. All this helps me to want more education because of my attendance was also
okay.
LEARNING STYLES ANALYSIS
Learning style analysis helps students to develop learning skills and knowledge that helps in
better growth and achievement of future goals and objectives.
Left/right brain theory: This theory explain that either a person can be a left brain or a
right brain(Cooper, 2019). This explain that one side of person's brain is dominant. Left brain
people are mostly analytical and methodical in the thinking process. Whereas right brain people
are tend to be more creative or artistic. Different part of brain constantly recognize it self, brain
is adaptive to change, whether thorough the physical or through the life experience. Brain gain
more insight about which parts control necessary functions.
Learning theory analysis: It describe how students receive, retain, process knowledge
during learning classes. This theory explain the aspect of conditioning and advance system of
rewards and targets in education(Hirschmeier, and Yui, 2018). Learning theory analysis helps in
understanding the learning process of the students and how it affect the growth in the future. It

By analysing myself and my learning process I feel that according to the Mumford
theory, I adopt a theorist learning style. I continuously gives my time attention to the theory
models that helps me to understand theory behind action by enjoying models, testable
hypothesis, and facts. I have to participate in various activities that are related to the models,
stories and applying theory. I am related to the third category attenders, I always get motivated to
learn and attend lectures, as well as theoretical knowledge and skills are enhanced. These kind of
learners think that attending lectures is beneficial for the future growth and successful career
plan. They think that gain of knowledge is better for the future growth and effectiveness.
Students with this learning process willing to get high performance in the future and gain
effective proficiency in career path.

In Mumford theory I was the theorist learner where I have faced major weaknesses in my
learning process by the use of various theories. In this I learned that I was not good enough to
analyse and examine situations. It also involve examine learning process and feelings and also
when the various goals are ambiguous in nature. I also need various instruction by the tutor
because I was not good enough to learn without instructions. I also have lack of communication
skills that sometimes make me uncomfortable among the various other theorist. In order to
overcome from issues I have to tale participation in applying theory by the participations by
taking helps of faculties and seniors. It helps me to get successful result in the future. I have to
involved in various activities that are based on applying quotations, that can helps in enhancing
my future growth and personal and professional career. This activities performed by me helps in
better growth and management of my future plans in the future. In order to gain professional
growth seniors helps me to know about the various topics and growth in the market.
