AI Summary
This dietary project is a comprehensive analysis of a 28-year-old male with type 2 diabetes. The report begins with an introduction explaining the importance of nutritional analysis for health improvement, followed by a detailed client profile including background information, lifestyle, and current diet. The main body delves into the patient's health condition, factors contributing to the disease (overweight, genetics, metabolism syndrome), and an assessment of the current unhealthy dietary habits. The project provides dietary recommendations based on the client's needs, emphasizing the importance of a healthy diet for lowering cancer risks, improving overall health, weight loss, and maintaining blood glucose levels. A detailed 7-day diet plan with specific meal recommendations for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks is included. The project concludes with a summary of the key findings and the role of a healthy diet in preventing and managing type 2 diabetes.

INTRODUCTION
A dietary analysis project refers a detailed analysis of diet of an individual which they
need to take in order to understand importance of nutritions and improve their health
(Demilew, Alem and Emiru, 2018). This study of dietary plan is based on a 28-year-old male
with type 2 diabetes. Type 2 diabetes is a chronic condition that mainly affects the way in
which body processes blood sugar. This present study is going to show health condition of a
patient and all those factors which can be the reason of type 2 diabetes. Some factors which
are associated to this disease include diet, lifestyle, age, weight and others. One of the main
factor which is being shown in this study and is associated to this disease is weight.
Overweight and stress is one of the main reason. Further, it will show some ways by which
patients with type 2 diabetes can prevent themselves against this disease such as nutritional
diet, exercises etc.
MAIN BODY
1. Client profile
Background informations of patient
In the context of type 2 diabetes, it can be said that it is one of the common form of
diabetes in which patients pancreas become unable to produce enough insulin in men. In this
case body of patients become unable to recognize insulin as well as use of that in a proper
way. In the context of this patient who is 28 years old and suffering from this disease, some
facts has been identified which is the main reason and contribute in increasing the level of this
disease. In the early stage it is identified that the patient (Ibrahim) was suffered from chronic
cough and at the same time he began putting on extra fat specially around belly. He went to
clinic but doctor thought that it was asthma. But now he recently diagnosed his father with
diabetes and because of this he later found that it was symptom of high blood sugar. In this
context, he further identifies some factors as well as reasons that are associated to this type 2
diabetes (Czech, 2017). After a lot of research, he identified as per the American diabetes
association that lifestyle plays an important role in diabetes but there is one other main reason
is genetic. But he found that he is facing some problems like: constant need to pee, vision
issues, thirst etc. After that he checked his glucose level and the colour of urine was dark
brown which means diabetes.

Metabolism syndrome: People with overweight and whose body resist insulin production are
more likely to have a group of conditions such as high blood sugar, excess fat around the
