MAIN BODY
Internet is a great access of information. People suffering from eityer type 1 or type 2
diabetes can use the internet to collect the required information. In the initial stage of any disease
generally patient do not get to know much about the fact that the particular person is suffering
from the diabetes. Internet allow the individual to get to know about all the symptoms which can
allow the individual to diagnose that the person is suffering from this particular disease. Internet
is a giant place for sharing the information. Today social media has been spread wide across the
globe. This platform is a big source of sharing the respective information (Ahmad, Khan and
Aslani, 2021). Generally people face issue if they do not get any access of the information.
Social media applications and sites become the basis for the stakeholders to share the required
information. Diabetes hold the two different types one is associated with the lack of insulin
production. The other form of diabetes is non insulin form of diabetes. In the United Kingdom
the people suffer from diabetes are approximately 5%. Internet allow the people to share the
relevant information by formatting groups and such social activities. Today the world has
transformed immensely (Daniel, 2021). IN the current time of technology social media become
the huge space where people get to spread the information about the diabetes. Social media
groups are also formed where doctors and medical professionals share relevant information about
the practices available to procure this disease and also the required steps that can be taken to
overcome the effect of diabetes. Precautions play a very important role in context to the person
suffering form any form of diabetes. IN the study conducted it is clearly reflected that
information share on the internet has guided and supported many diabetic patient to know the
right way to cure the respective disease (Menon and et.al., 2022). Lack of proper information
become the key barrier every time any patient is looking for the available option to heal the
problem. It can demonstrate the fact that internet has been one of the major and relevant source
to share the respective data and information to the stakeholder.

There is a huge amount of population based in China are living in Australia in order to
cure the type 2 form of diabetes. In Australia as Chinese people do not understand the language
properly which causes them a huge issue related to the language. IN the medication process it is
important that doctors and the patient communicate with each other properly. Communication
allow the patient to clearly discuss the issue they are facing and the challenges that are
addressing (Debussche and et.al., 2021). Interaction between doctors and the patient play a vital
role in addressing to the respective issue. People also found that the diabetes services provided in
the Australia is not effective enough. Patient faced many issues related to the communication
with doctors, lack of proper knowledge of doctors in the country to cure the respective disease.
There is a hug amount of population of Chinese who are living in the Australia and suffering
from the type 2 form of diabetes. Many times Chinese people do not feel comfortable with the
practices adopted by the professionals and doctors based in Australia to cure the diabetes (Etando
and et.al., 2021). People who are belonging to the collectivist oriented societies place a grater
emphasis on inter dependence within the families. Social connectivity and perception of the
people put a great impact on the treatment process adopted (Knight-Agarwal And et.al., 2021).
The study celery reflected the fact that it is essential to establishes proper and positive
relationship between stakeholders so that better amount of treatment and cure process can be
applied by the doctors and medical professionals.
In case of type 2 diabetes patient require constant treatment and injection of insulin that
can heal the pain of the patient. Insulin is directly related to the high 9 month QoL. The impact f
the high 9 month decisional balance of insulin and indirectly related to the high 9 month QoL.
Reports clearly stated that the impact of the diabetes or any medical condition is more like
mental rather than physical (Henry Osokpo, James and Riegel, 2021). Yes, because of the
injection patient get physical challenges as well. Taking injections of insulin on a daily basis is a
very very stressing at a metal level. It has been found that negative attitude towards the diabetes
would cause to a poor QoL in the patient associated with the T2DM in context to cross sectional
studies. The study also shown the fact that insulin tested T2DM patients hold the positive
decisional balance related to injecting insulins is found to possess significantly low level of
GbA1c (Ilyas and et.al., 2021). Patient need a complete medical support from the health care
professionals and doctors to cure the diabetes in the best way possible. It is also important that
the patient must reach out to a professional doctor on a real time. IN the medication process time

is crucial as many times if the patient could reach out to a doctor in a real time than the
