Project Purpose
Health is one of the key factor that helps in managing the key components of the world.
The main aim of the project is to design the diagnostic center in such a way that it becomes easy
to enhance the medical facilities within the rural areas of the England. It becomes every much
essential to implement proper healthcare facilities so that the impacts of diseases can be reduced.
With the help of diagnostic center the chances of providing better healthcare facilities will
increase. The stakeholder associated with the project are identified with the report so that it
becomes easy to understand the project quality services. This ensures that better way of health
services is provided towards the people of the England.
Project Objectives
The key objectives associated with developing a diagnostic center is that it will offer
enhanced services towards the customers with the help of advanced technology. Beside this this
the chances of risk will also reduce that will protect the people from getting effected by disease.
The project will also develop awareness among the rural population so that they can be aware
about the diseases. One of the key objective that will be offered with the development of
diagnostic center is that it will offer a better platform for connecting the people with healthcare
services. The objective is to enhance the healthcare services and this will also ensure a better

aims at providing better diagnostic center towards the rural people of the England. Health is

ensure a better way of organizing the experience. Based on the survey it has been identified that
around 17% of the total population lives in the rural areas of England. They are facing serious
issues with the health care facilities. Thus there is a huge need to develop the infrastructure so
that proper medical facilities. Health is considered as the basic right and thus the medical
facilities needs to be offered effectively towards the population. The Diagnostic center will be
developed with the budget of around $ 40,000 and the location is decided to be in the center of
the town. This will make the center easily accessible from different parts of England. Beside this
proper labor and equipment needs to be implemented within the diagnostic center. The process
needs to be organized properly so that it does not hampers the performance. Based on the
demand of center the branch will be enhanced.
