This report reflects on the author's communication skills using five diagnostic tools: Self-Perceived Communication Competence Scale (SPCC), Personal Report of Intercultural Communication Apprehension (PRICA), Nonverbal Immediacy Scale Self Report (NIS-S), Talkaholic Scale, and Tolerance for Disagreement Scale (TFD). The findings reveal key communication issues such as public speaking anxiety and low tolerance for disagreement. The report includes reflections on professional interactions, a literature review supporting communication improvement strategies, and an action plan for personal development. The author aims to enhance communication and interpersonal skills to manage conflict and make effective decisions, emphasizing the importance of addressing anxiety and improving tolerance for diverse opinions to achieve better professional outcomes.
