For the benefits, based on my observation I have observed with certain sort of suggestions

repeatedly faced by me as working professional and the colleagues working together. Firstly, the
problem that those individuals are recruited who lack in both training and experience. After
recruitment, these individuals were assigned with their duties. Thus this scenario increased to the
lot number of troubles. The main ones were that the deadlines were not able to meet on time. The
quality of the services and the work even got deteriorate. This deterioration creates the decrease
in the number of the clients such as hospitals, the associations, the day care units etc. As a result
of all of the above, the profits were turned into losses too.
The grassroots of the entire problem was identified and the solution was provided
accordingly. S in while recruitment the folks even if recruited were fresher's needs to undergo
training provided separately. This training should the minimum of handling of the three months
time period. As in with this time the folks are trained well of handling the equipment, the
software's that the firm used in its day to day operations.

working in the chosen entity. As a result, my own skills get enhanced. I was able to improve the
vocation well and improve the quality for the same. The time which earlier was taken by me got
reduced by the implementation of the new software named Enterprise Resource and its planning
methods. The plan and the pathway ay has helped to even incorporate well the wherewithal that
comprises of both the monetary and the nonmonetary terms. The monetary terms include the
profits figures which are very well covered in the balance sheet and the other financial
statements. The other necessity figures which ultimately help in raising the funds by the public
are also made easily and presented to the public.

taken by the firm is neither regular nor measures are taken accordingly. At least there must be
once in a month review of the same should be done. Then the communication networks within
the firm need to be strong. As the lack of the communication leads to chaos and other problems
within the firm that are faced by the management rapidly. Then the process should be designed
in the way where the duties are dispersed as per considering the individual front. On the
dispersion of the tasks properly, there are fewer chances of the errors. The quality should also be
focused well on the dealing important matters. The benchmarks with the help of the indices must
be checked well. The index helps in the judging of the various behavioral aspects too.
