always been fascinating for me; I would like to work in radiography which is a combination
of both science and technology and gain insights into the complex human system through
applying my knowledge and skills.
My enthusiasm for learning science has driven me to take up scientific field as my
secondary education. The combined learning of biology, chemistry and maths has enhanced
my learning to understand deeply about the biological system with logical approach and
technological inputs.
In the present year, my involvement in volunteering activities at British Heart
Foundation has enabled me to develop my communication skills while reaching out to the
needy people. This volunteering exposure has taught me how to remain calm in difficult
situations and take necessary steps with a calm and patient mind. Working through
coordination and collaboration in a different environment has been a new learning. This has
further enriched me with team building ability and effective team management which are
core requirements for working in a radiography department. In my gap year I have gone to
universities to learn about open courses which enhanced my skills further.
I had enrolled into an Access course at Manchester College where learning biology
