INTRODUCTION
Reason behind the selecting the same topic of the research is that it is one of the trending
topic in the current scenario and many of them are facing the same issue in the current scenario.
It is very important to understand the importance of diet. As it has been identified that many
individual generally used to overlook the importance of diet in regular life. This report will look
to understand what does diet mean to different respondent.
METHODOLOGY
Data Collection: Data collection is the process which generally looks at collecting
different data on which outcome of data can be derived. In regards to the current study,
researcher has selected the Primary data collection method. Primary data is collected with
the help of Questionnaire, Questionnaire includes different close ended Question in
general.
Sampling: Sampling is the process of selecting the sample size for the research, sample
size generally means a group of respondent on which the survey will be targeted to
collect data in the research. In regards to the current study 40 respondent has been
selected as a sample size to primary data in the survey.

2. How often you usually drink alcohol?
3. How many meals a day should we have? Please state

RESULT
After going through the data collected with the help of primary data collection tool it had
been understand that there is good culture of coffee drink among the respondent irrespective of
age they are belonging to as out of 40 respondent 25 respondent used to drink the 2 or more
coffee in a day. Hence it can be said that there is good sort of coffee drinking culture.

By going through result of question it is understand that 34 respondent used to drink coffee once in a
day. Looking at the positive aspect of result it has been identified that coffee is one of the important
part of diet of all the respondent. At the same time looking at negative aspect of the same it has been
identified that drinking coffee in excess used to create health issue as well. As 40 respondent 25
respondent used to drink the 2 or more coffee in a day.

After understanding the above data it has been understand that almost all of the respondent used
to drink the alcohol, as only 3 out of 40 has select the option of not at all. Looking at the positive
aspect of survey it has been understand that drinking moderate alcohol help individual in
reducing heart disease. At the same time looking at negative impact it has been understand that
as the age of individual grows their drinking habit also enhance. This is not good sign.

Looking at result it has identified that almost 50 percent of respondent has 3 meal in a day. It is
good sign for the research, as it has been regarded by many author that it is necessary to have 3
meal in a day. At the same time it has seen that 8 participant are not taking even three diet as
well, hence they need to improve on that basis. Further for fruits and vegetable the person must
have at least five sportions of fruits and vegetables per day.

There was not that surprising outcome of above result, as almost 19 respondent has gone with the
option of Yes in the survey, which is almost 50 percent of participant. At the same time negative
aspect of the same is identified that 14 participant are not having knowledge about the same as
well. Further as per the NHS guidelines relating to diet the person must drink at least 6- 8 glass
of water per day in order to keep them healthy and safe.

After going through the survey it has been identified that there is no clear result which was
identified with the help of survey, as it has been identified that there was no one sided answer in
the survey. As 6, 9, 7, 5 and 13 has gone with option of once per week, twice per week, Three/Four
time per week, every day and I never go to gym respectively.

Understanding outcome of the data collected it has been identified that out of the pool of 40
respondent only 2 respondent thinks that eating fruits and vegetables will change your metabolism. This
is not that good sign at all as there is lack of knowledge about the same in the respondent. At the same
time looking at the positive aspect of the same it has been identified that there are many who is not
sure about the same or having no idea. This ultimately means that with the help of good education and
learning this respondent can be turned in the right way.
RESEARCH LIMITATION
There were two main type of limitation which was seen at the time of finding out the outcome of the
result, one of them is the time allotted to complete the research, it has seen that it was too limited but
with the help of the team member I was able to complete the same. At the same time another limitation
which was identified by researcher was selection of the best source from which different data can be
collected. To overcome the same issue in the research, researcher has taken help of senior as researcher
has checked the viability of different resources before selecting the source.
CONCLUSION
Reason behind conducting this sort of the research for the organization is that it will
eventually help in understanding the situation which is prevailing in regards of the problem
which has been identified in the research. Not only that this research will also prove as a basis
for other research which will be conducted on the basis of the same in the future. Not only that
this research will also help the researcher in building good sort of skill and knowledge which will
ultimately prove as a good basis to carry out any other this type of the activity in the future.
Looking at the key finding which has been derived from the survey it has been identified
that there are many respondent who are not having good sort of knowledge about the balanced or
good diet and what’s the benefit of same. As result derive about the amount of the water need to
drink or benefit of eating fruits and vegetables is not that satisfying
