from other members that are obliged to report the leader (Al-Malki, and Juan, 2018). Workers in
this leadership are not advised as well as not consulted earlier to the alteration in the guidance
and they are also anticipated to follow the decisions at the given time period as well as speed
specified by the manager. For instance, at the time when a leader in the company modified the
working hours for the several workers without asking anyone in the company, specifically the
impacted workers. In addition to this, it is one of the most ineffective leadership method. Various
companies currently cannot prolong this type of hegemonic culture in the company without
