the company in the growth process (Bidin and Yunus 2017). In the year 1995, they introduce
their first digital cellular network, which will help them capture a considerable market share
in the process. Digi telecommunication is the ones who add the General Packet Radio Service
(GPRS) in the market. They are the ones who also introduce EDGE in the market, and that is
the main reason for the growth of the company in the market and to become popular in the
process (Er et al. 2017).
