In the agricultural science, it is known that the growth of crops depend of many factors such as
the amount of water and fertilisers use, and the weather conditions in that region. However,
Jayaraman et al. (2015) opined that weather conditions can be difficult to accurately predict all
the times, and the growth rate as well as the yield of crops can get hampered due to the farmer
not knowing the exact need of water or fertiliser for the crops, resulting in inadequate use of
fertiliser or water. This business in the digital agricultural sector will provide a service to the
clients by delivering information regarding the needs and growth of their crops, as well as
alerting them about any unprecedented upcoming natural disaster that can harm their crop health.
In order to efficiently predict the crop needs, the latest data regarding the weather conditions will
be collected from the satellite systems used by the government of UK, and latest information
regarding the soil conditions will be collected from the Department of Geology in the
government of the UK. On the other hand, these weather-related and soil-related data will also be
collected in real-time using drones equipped with various sensors, which will allow
crosschecking of the collected data, increasing its reliability (Cape, 2018). Moreover, the various
specifics regarding the crops, such as the date of sowing and area of harvesting is also collected
as digital data from the clients through mobile applications running in digital platforms such as
Android and IOS installed in their phone. Finally, these data will be correlated and analysed
using specially designed software engines running in cloud computing systems, and the most
optimal actions that the farmer clients should take in order to maximise their crop yield will be
generated and delivered to the clients through the same mobile application in their phone. The

information systems used in this business are the digital applications installed in the farmer
clients' smart phone, the cloud computing system used to analyze data, and the Internet of Things

among the staff members associated with our business, which states that you have been using the
IT equipments installed at our office for using social media, video chats with friends and email
gossips to other staffs members. While it may very well be a false rumour, we are simply taking

WEEK 7 TASK: CYBER SECURITY IN YOUR BUSINESS
The concerns regarding cyber security has become increasingly important in the modern age due
to the rapid development of digital technologies and increasing use of the internet for exchanging
confidential and sensitive information. In this business, implementing proper cyber security
measures is essential, as this business functions almost entirely over the digital system. Fielder et
al. (2016) argued that the cyber security measures that will be taken in this business will mainly
be related with encryption of the entire pool of data handled by the business system, and the
