INTRODUCTION
In current scenario technology plays a vital role in business activities across the globe. It has
become one of the pillars for enhancing the success rate of an organisation. Apart from that it
has given opportunity to small scale organisation to compete with large scale organisation on
same platform with efficient product and services (Porter, 2011). Ensoft Ltd. Is a small scale
organisation based in UK that was established in 1997 that majorly deals in providing network
related software to different organisation This assessment focus on usage of digital technology

by company in their administration, storage and distribution, production, communication etc. to
increase their competitiveness in business market. It will further discuss use of technology in in
analysing efficiency of their product in market through several qualitative and quantitative
methods and also used to determine the analysis of their work by breaking it into several
structures.

P1 Aims and objectives of project
This project is primarily focus on impact of digitization on organizational activities. It also
focuses on activities of Ensoft Ltd in market and guides them further to use technology and
innovative idea to improve efficiency of their product in market. This also guides organization to
effectively use technology in their manufacturing process so that can be able to compete with
bigger organization. Modification and advancement of technology is essential for company
because over the last few years they are efficiently working with product vendors of national and
international company especially UK. So further development of technology will organization to
develop their business in global competitive market

Project background - This project underline the contribution of digital technology in
managing business activities and gain technological advantage over other competitors. Adopting
technology varies from company to company but their primary aim to make profit by providing
excerpted quality service to their customers (Cavusgil, 2014). Ensoft Ltd has adopted efficient
technology in their business activities potentially so that they invest and contribute in making
their project work efficiently in business market. For achieving targets of organization, they must
have some aims and objectives so that they can plan and execute their strategies accordingly.

For management of project an organization must make sure that they can be able to maximise
their productivity by minimal use of resource so that they can be able to increase their
productivity. By potent use of technology they can be able to increase their capability in business
market (Eid, 2013). Technology helped in efficiently managing different activities in organization
by providing a detailed qualitative data so that better decision can be made. Ensoft Ltd can use
technological aspect to gain competitive advantage over competitor in market place. Cost- For better performance of their project Ensoft Ltd has to determine expenses and
costing, that will help them to plan better in managing different projects. Better
calculation of cost of product will aid organization to control costing of every product
that will help them to increase their revenue in business market. The company is
primarily dealing with software’s so they must know the actual cost of production so that
they can be able to determine right value for their product. For any organization it is
essential to analyses the value of their products so that they can be able to make efficient
planning in business market. Scope – Scope of Ensoft Ltd is to grow their business in different geographical location
and do profitable business for long term. For doing so they must plan and analyses their
business policy, budget, market scenario, customer demand etc (Laudon, 2016). As it is a
small scale business they will get more opportunity to do business in market because UK
government have planned to provide funding to small scale business to grow in business
market before the implementation of Bruit in business market. Time and quality – Management has to allot different time frame to their projects so that
they can complete their project on time. By providing accuracy and complete them in
desired time frame will allow organization to expand their business activities in more
corporate market. Ensoft is dealing in providing software solution to many countries so
by delivering their product at accurate time they Weill are able to increase their
dominance in many corporate business Ares across different geographical boundaries.
 Communication – For an effective project management manager need to adopt better
communication practice that will help in maintaining better communication between
different employees. Having better coordination will aid in discussing innovative idea or
adopt a better process that can be implemented in their project. Apart from

communication inside the organization the manager must focus on communicating with
their clients so that cab is able to understand need and wants of their customers so that
they can be able to produce vest quality of product.

includes hacking, unethical use of data, unproductive software, and high complexity. So

helps in execution of project management plan for Ensoft Ltd. Applying this product in business
activity will allow them to fetch more customers from different market place.
Work-breakdown structure – It is a process that is used to hieratical distribution of product. In
other since it breakdown products into different parts so that they can deeply analyses and
evaluate planning for their projects (Peppard, 2016). Division of work into work packages,
deliveries and phases so that they can evaluate different approach to fulfill that test in desired
time frames. By applying technology in their activities company can be able to understand need
and want of customers and make their products according to their need. By using Work
Breakdown Structure Ensoft Ltd can potentially analyses demand of customer in different market
and make product according to their need and want. Through the work breakdown Structure
Company can divide development of software into different stages so that they can perform
testing and added feature if necessary to increase their potential in market (Hotho, 2011). For
example in recent trend technology has covered the business market, more and more company
utilizing it to check efficiency of their product and up to what extent it is effective to fetch more
revenue for organization.

Gantt chart – It is another tool in the form of chart that gives the pictorial view on
breakdown of project. It is widely accepted because through graph company can efficiently
examine the progression of every task. Ensoft Ltd has also used Gantt to a good effect in their
business activities so that they can easily evaluate progression of their projects. This chart
contain several factors that include identification of different element, literature review, layouts,
communicate, implement etc.

For example company has got contract form some organization to make software that is
used to connect different organization to only one server. So company will breakdown the
structure acceding to the feature they are adding to that software , lastly software will be tested
weather it is able to connect different division of software through cloud computing. So it can be

them response against them. This process involves collection of information by asking question
