based on Digital Outlet Ltd. which is an electronics company who used to deal with selling of
electricity goods and things. They want to expand their business through digital technology in
which they start doing home delivery facility as well as delivery of products at near state. For
this, a research gets conducted for which first aims and objectives have to frame by researcher.
Once all aims and objectives get formulate, then next step is to use appropriate project
management plan which is helpful in identifying that related undertaking quite beneficial for
future or not. Data also get collected for such consent and then analysis so that an appropriate
conclusion and recommendations get drawn. Hence, project outcomes are helpful in measuring
success for task in long term context with suitable case study use and framing of questionnaire
which is helpful in data collection process (Andersson and Tuddenham, 2014).
