Reflection of Chat Process: 1
Introduction
In this reflection the discussion is conducted upon the chat process, now days in the era
of technology there are several means of communication, people communicate or transfer
information with each other calls, messages, emails etc. With the social media communication
and connectivity gap reduces, people from different location or from any corner of world can
remain in touch with each other. As there are advantages of any technology there are some
disadvantages as well. From all the means of communication chat is process which is widely
used by everyone.
Chat Process
Present era is totally based upon technology where every work is getting done through
applications developed by the technology. Once when people had to communicate there were
limited source telegram, letters later on telephone was invented. But the information which has to
be share on immediate basis people faced challenges because there were some limitations in the
sources using to communicate through messages, later on emails were introduced which bring
revolution in the communication but most of the people were not aware about this and they do
not know how to use emails so it was limited to professional sectors (Adebayo, Ninggal, &
Ajiboye, 2019). When the concept of social media was come to known it changes the complete
scenario of communication and exchange of information. Through social media sites the Option
of Chat was introduced.
In my view this become the fastest and easiest way of communication, people from any corner
can communicate with each other without any interference. I used chat process many times and
as it is easy to use, it can be used for any purpose. Next time excluding chat I would prefer

Twitter as it is fast and also can connect many people at same time. Apart from communication
information or data can be exchanged through chat, it is the same way like people in earlier times
used to writer letter or message and post them the difference is that it for its delivery there is no
any waiting time with in a second it get deliver to other person (Berry, 2019). The chat can be
done from different applications which are available, there are servers of every application which
are connected to one source where the information get store and transfer to sever of other person
this complete process takes time of less than a second it is the reason behind the success of chat
process (Campbell, Cox, Gerges, Balachandran, & Hightower, 2019). While planning for the
chat process there are some challenges which are observed by me some parameters has to be
consider for the chat in which security of data and information of any individual is most
important because there might be breaches in server will lead to leakage of the information of an
individual. All the applications are running through internet connection and if the network of
internet connection gets down than the application will stop to work. There are some other
sources of communication in which Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram etc. are
included. Twitter is totally different from all other social sites because at twitter an individual
can share his/her thought openly and can get connect with other people in easier way, other
social websites will connect to you people only when you have appropriate information or you
know that particular person. Twitter permits an individual to create an open relationship with
other people. All the applications or websites have their servers which are connected with one
super system from where the communication are controlled if the servers are down than no one
will be able to use the applications. There are limitation if any file is to be share through chat
which not supports all kind of format apart from that there are limitation of size arise (Mavodza,
2019). People due to introduction of social media sites are becoming less social they are involved

to the virtual world in such way that is affecting the personal life every person, people waste
their time for hours hardly spend time with their family or friends. So technologies are invented
to reduce the efforts or make any work easier but there should be no misuse of technology
because it might create trouble for everyone. Before using any social site or other applications
for communication individual must have proper knowledge to use it.
