As per my knowledge, Digital Communication refers to the interaction of various people
from different places and different businesses at a point of time no matter how far they are.
Explain how digital tools can be used for verbal and written communication
Digital tools are those programmes which make the task and work easier by providing
platform to workers(Ranger, Vezeau and Lortie, 2018). These may include websites and those
online resources through which anyone can work from anywhere.
Some of the digital tools are: websites, apps, extension which creates the ideal online
learning and working experience. These tools helps the business or a common man to interact with
each other.
How effective communication in digital age is essential
In today's world, the effective communication is very important as it allows the organisation
as well as people to perform interactive and financial activities very smoothly(Jafari, Mohamed and
Lee, et. al.,2020).
It let the enterprise to save its time and money in doing activities and also able to provide effortless
communication with its customers.
How effective communication can impact business success and failure
A good communication can increase the speed of written information as it allows easy and
fast editing and checking of mistakes(Kuteeva and Mauranen, 2018). It also enhance the customer
service provided by the company by offering them wide range of options.
A poor communication can lower the productivity of employee by not helping them to
smoothly connect with people and also limited their knowledge and access to the resources.
What do I need to do to improve my understanding and further steps take
I came to know that good and strong digital communication is very important in today's
online era. It not only saves time and energy but also heps to make healthy relationships with
people.
I can use this information and build my communication with my friends& family and also with my
colleagues, it will not only strengthen the relationships but also help me in various aspects of my
life.
