There are various types of resources which are used for implementation of digital
communication at workplace. Circular is a communication tool which is used for providing
information related to operations and decisions taken by management. Message board is also
important sources of communication which is used for transmission of instant messages.
Research paper are considered as part of journals which are used communication of strategies.
Webmail is type of company's Website which is linked with all employees for instant messaging
and group messaging at workplace. YouTube is kind of digital sources of communication which
can be used for determining business overview and strategic future plans.

Digital communication is analysed as system which is used for transmission of
information from sender to the recipient through some important medium. It enables managers
to share information with others and also gain from other individual thoughts and ideas (Ferrari,
2012). Below given are some sources which are used for implementation of digital
communication at workplace such as:
Message boards: These are considered as great tool for employees in organisation seeking
information regarding specific work tasks or general work related answers. In this context,
Message are important resources of digital communication which is used to share company
vision, promote corporate culture and providing updates on goals (Kim, Moen and Warger,
2013). It is beneficial for instant communication and helps in performing roles and
responsibilities at workplace.

Live chats: In this modern business scenario, companies can reduce email volume and improve
productivity of their employees by allowing them to communicate in real time with live chat. It
is mainly helpful for employees which are working remotely and also organisations which have
their business operations at different geographical locations (Gao, Luo and Zhang, 2012). It is
also considered as beneficial for implementation of open communication strategy at workplace.
Through this, manager will get quick response and keep continuous interaction between
employees with live chat.
Discussion forums: It is considered as another indispensable and effective tool in the digital
workplace which is used for group discussion. In present scenario, discussion forums are the
platforms which are available for employees to discuss their ideas and topics of interest which
are related with business operations (Tom and et.al, 2012). Continuous discussion on strategies
and innovative idea tends to improve communication and participation of employees towards
achievement of business goals and objectives. It is important way to keep open communication
and helps in reducing number of meetings or long email chains. It also beneficial for
completion of important project as it encourage fluid interaction between employees at all
levels and locations within an organization.
Project Sites: When integration is at top priority without relinquishing security, project sites are
considered as robust communication tool (Kim, Lee and Kim, 2014). It allows employees in
organisation with proper permission levels access to the information on the project they are
working on. In present context, it is power full internal source of communication which
provides an effective and dedicated workspace which improves efficiency, collaboration and
communication amobg project teams.
Webmail: Important digital communication tool which is designed for sharing information
instantly between employees at different locations or in different department. Webmail provide
accessibility to its users to transfer locations and share information to employees at workplace
(Rovira Sánchez, 2017). However, its enabled organisation to create open communication
between employees and management which helps in accomplishment of tasks effectively. Daily
operations and performance of employees can be shared by managers through emails.

(b) Application Five reliability test to each source.
For implementation and promotion of digital communication at workplace, it is essential
for organisation to check the reliability of resources which are used by in organisation. Below
are the five main reliability which are applied to each source of communication.
Inter-rater reliability: It is important test which is used to reliability of source of
communication across different people. However, there two major way in which inter-rater
reliability is used are as follows such as testing how similarly people categorize items and how
similarly individuals score items (Lima, 2015). Reliability of message will be measures through
analysis of its important among employees at workplace. Further, reliability for inter rates is
also considered as effective measure for organisation to consider the source of reliability and its
importance at workplace.
Test retest reliability: It relates to measurement of reliability which has been obtained by
conducting same test more than one time over period with the participation of same sample
group. In this way, reliability to major sources like discussion rooms and Webmail can be
measures through by testing results and benefits which have provided to research.
Parallel forms reliability: It also involves measurement reliability which is obtained by
conducting assessment of same phenomena with the participation of same group of sample via
one or more assessment method (Types of reliability, 2017). In this way, level of employee
satisfaction towards source like message boards, live chat, Webmail, project sites and discussion
in organisation many be assessed with the questionnaires, in depth interviews and focus groups
and results can be compared to determine reliability.
Internal consistency reliability: It is also considered as important reliability test which can be
used for assessing the extent of difference within the items which explores the similar
constructed and produce similar results. It can be represented in two main formats. In this
context reliability of these important resources in organisation can be tested by their application
in business operations.
Split Half reliability: It is also considered as another test of reliability involves all items of a test
which is spitter in half. Internal reliability of these important sources are analysed by testing
results and analysing its competencies.
