With the increasing ramified economic changes and complex business structure, each and
every organization needs to implement proper strategic communication between its employee
and vendors for the effective busiens functioning. This research proposal has been prepared with
a view to analysis various journal articles and books for implementing instant messaging/ group
messaging, discussion forms and chat rooms in the workplace.
Name of the resources
In this report, there are various resources such as articles, peer review, books and online
data have been analyzed. These articles and books reflects the key information on the instant
messaging/ group messaging, discussion forms and chat rooms in the workplace. After
evaluating the details and data given in these articles and books, it is considered that if
organization does not instant messaging/ group messaging, discussion forms and chat rooms in
the workplace then it will not only increase the complexity but also provide low level of
productivity in organization.
