Introduction
 Communications via digital channels are
rapidly taking place over traditional print and
display media.
 The purpose of the study is implementing
digital communication plan in Phoenix
technology.
 The problems faced by the organization,
implementation plan as well as daily monitoring
activities are recommend to increase
productivity and developing connection.

Background
 Phoenix technology is a small enterprise B2B organization that provides
network security tools and software to different business sectors for
securing online business.
 The organization has three branches in different cities. However, the entire
branches work on the same web control portal.

Method
 In order to indentify the issues, an interview was
conducted in the branches of the organization.
 It helps to find the causes for the problems faced by
the organization and solution is deployed in the
organization.

 The findings showed that there is a major
