INTRODUCTION
Individuals with technical capabilities can control and view data and information
through the use of digital computers, networking networks, and applications. An individual's
digital and data skills are required to complete the project. This study details the different
digital and data skills that were present prior to the start of the module, as well as the skills
that were acquired during it. It also has a detailed action plan for enhancing data and
technical capabilities in order to become a successful business manager.
Digital and data skills already have
In order to succeed in the industry, all companies must embrace technological
innovations. Companies are providing workers with proper technical and data capabilities for
this purpose so that they can incorporate emerging technology in the company. There are a
number of digital skills that are currently in use that are listed below:
Digital Product Management: Product management refers to a function of an organization
which deals with the development of new product its pricing launch of the product
verification forecasting marketing and business justification for a product as a whole product
life cycle (Soh, 2017). The same is also required in the digital product management where the
product which has been offered digitally used to be managed. In order to manage digital
products and individual requires various skills related to the software to develop the product
management in digital form. Rapid and continuous growth in technology world make the
product development a more integral part for the purpose of any project. The digital product
management skill was already present as the previous job helps to explain this product
management.
Programming, Web and App Development: Coding is at the core of every tech
device or digital service. Bootstrap, jQuery, Angular, Code Igniter, PHP/JavaScript, and

MySQL are the key languages used for most programming and web and software creation
positions. These skills appear in the top ten most in-demand by employers on LinkedIn on a
regular basis. Having a portfolio of projects that demonstrate your coding abilities will also
help you prove your experience and talents and land the job of your dreams. I have an
advantage over other contestants as I have examples of mobile and sensitive site development
expertise. This is my effective skill.
Digital Marketing: Digital marketing is widely used around the globe. This
technology aids in the promotion of their goods. This ability helped me to survive in the
sector. They're seen in a variety of industries, including internet marketing, online education,
and online resources ( Leach, 2020). There can be presented in the above project all of
digital marketing. This technology becomes essentially useable in all over the market and can
continue to raise and make more revenue at the same time as this capability is in high demand
in the market. Digital marketing has already been used in a project to assist with social media.
This is it. Skills will assist us in presenting our own experiences to be created and, most
importantly, work is put forward, because there are challenging skills in digital marketing and
it is essential for the professional's success in the industry. Since there are so many
competitors in promotions, these abilities aid in the battle against them)(Han and Bai, 2020)
(Sedera and Lokuge, 2017).
Social Media: This ability has enabled us to grow into a full-fledged digital
marketing agency that assists companies, mainly SMEs and MSMEs, in connecting with
technology and scaling up (Agostini, Nosella and Filippini, 2017). They have experience
providing digital experiences. Their micro organization assists small businesses and helps
them grow into medium businesses. This technology is used in a variety of settings, including
marketing, industry, and technical settings. As a resume, knowing how to succeed in the
industry has been critical. They are the largest and most popular social networks used for
actively interviewing and attracting top talent around the globe.
Digital Design and Data Visualization: one of my major skill includeWebsites,
Apps, and Digital Services that use digital design and data visualization all share one thing in
common: a user interface. Most tech businesses will be looking for designers with expertise
designing powerful, interactive user interfaces.Designers can also help managers make
important strategic decisions by visualizing complicated details. Data visualization is the term

for this capability. Senior leaders may use data visualization to derive insightful information
from data. Designers use tools like Tableau and Power BI to analyses and visualize results.
Skills which are developed during the module
Despite having all of the skills mentioned above, the module has helped me learn
other skills that are essential for me to finish the project successfully. The following are the
various types of skills that have developed over the course of the module:
Digital Marketing: To promote the product and services different tech companies will use
digital marketing. It is a helpful function in order to increase the value of the organization
within the market for staff this is a primary skill that was developed by me while performing
this module. Under this, I used to understand about digital marketing tools for analytical tools
for my social media tools, content marketing SEO and various other user experience
designing systems for staff please are helpful for me to achieve better results in my future
career along with managing it to be employed within an appropriate organization.
Data Science and Data Analytics: This is developed by me in this module as Companies
collect massive volumes of data and can be very useful if they have a Big Data Analyst who
can decipher it. Employers all around the world are looking for data scientists. Data Scientists
are often included on Glassdoor's Best Jobs Listing (Miao and Cao, 2019). Data Science is
not only an outstanding career choice for experts in the modern era, but demand for Data
Scientists far outnumbers availability, rendering them extremely employable. This is useful
as Companies gather large amounts of data, and can be very helpful if a Big Data Analyst is
able to decode it. Data scientists are in high demand from employers all around the world.
Glassdoor's Best Jobs Listing also features data scientists. Data Science is not only an
excellent career option for professionals in today's world, but demand for Data Scientists far
outnumbers supply, making them highly employable.
Decision Making for Leaders: In the modern era, decision-making is crucial for leaders.
Building competencies in environments that computers are unable to solve successfully (i.e.
complex problem solving, innovation, and problem solving), according to the World
Economic Forum, is likely the greatest formula for success for those trying to future proof
their careers. Organizations include executives who can make quick choices based on their
skills and expertise. Professionals can develop their decision-making skills by studying
