wherein large quantum of commodities is transmitted from one location
to another. . With evolution of time, a number of changes have taken
place within this sector such as delivery by roadway or airway. TESCO
operates in online format and is known to have the largest supply chain
within UK.

• The questionnaires were sent to a total of 50 participants. Majority of the
respondents answered to the questions, however, 5 persons did not
respond to the questionnaire owing to the lack of adequate and relevant
knowledge about company as well as the potential to give answers to the
enquiries made from them.

analysed that actual questionnaire requires some modification in order to
make it easier for respondents,. In this regard, some changes have been
made in the questionnaire so that they can be presented in more effective
manner in front of respondents.

• Interview refers to interaction among interviewee and interviewer. In the
discussion some questions have been asked interviewer to interviewee

capability and knowledge of interview. The technique is helpful for

technique is of many types such as structured, stress, semi structured
