Contact of digital technology has given huge impact on the Small scale industry due to its
innovative ideas and creativity. Present study has been based on the striking of technology on
business in order to develop the country economy and growth. Overall, study represented
different studies or importance of new generation technological services that engage people into
more specific manner. It is very necessary for corporation to adapt effective source of technology
for the development growth.

Study concluded the positive results and most impact full thought in order to generate
more powerful thoughts and guidelines. This must also controlling the things in more proper

experienced and new learning goals for my future development (Salvioni, 2016). On the basis of
this process, I also identified my strength and weaknesses that I need to develop in my action
plan. Such I identified to increase my presentable skill or time management skills. So that, I can
manage my work into more proper manner.
On the basis of mu personal skill audit further, I got to know about that, still I need
improvement to enhance my skills and knowledge as per the current needs in profession. This
also helps to make the long term objective goal performance in order to meet the needs of the
best approachable goals (Schön, 2017). Further, in order to improve my skills and abilities I need
to develop my own personal development plan in order to meet the task and measuring goals
performance. For that, I need to make proper chart and need planning to fulfill my desired future
outcomes. More apart, this also helps to contribute my personal skills and makes the whole
process more effective for me to generate new skill and knowledge. Overall, I need to developed
my interpersonal or technical skills. For that, I need to acquire some new workshops and learning
tools to get my dream fulfill (Shamim and et.al., 2017).

business goals and best leading source full challenging task (Brookfield, 2017). it helps me to

Chiadmi, 2018). Under which I have found several other methods that I could may be applied on
my research skills and thoughts that affect the business objectives and better performance task.
Research have been taken interpretivism philosophy in order to collect qualitative data or
make the study more generic and in depth. Instead of that, Study can also opt different option
which they could choose realism or positivism in order to make research more subjective and
highly quantitative. In order to deal with other philosophies instead of Interpretivisim. For that,
researcher also needs to collect more specific data for the study (Kenney and Zysman, 2016).
On the other side, scholar took deductive approach to investigate the data into more
specific manner. Instead of other approaches such as Inductive, Abductive research approach. If
study has taken inductive research approach might be they could need to generalize from the

manner. Besides, if they adopt Abductive approach than researcher needs to be more specific
regarding the collected data (Souiden, Ladhari and Chiadmi, 2018). It also helps to make the

Research could have also been adopted better performing goals and object as per the
target marketed places. Research techniques also required to make the problem and makes long
term resourceful goals. Research techniques helps researcher to addressing the actual issue and
problem of the study. There are two types of research techniques which having their own concept
and own conception and theory. Present study used qualitative technique to collect primary and
secondary research data for analyzing. Instead of that investigator could also been adopted
quantitative method to examine the research data. Apart from that, it also helps to control the

2014). Quantitative method could also give some statistical and facts that generate exact
outcomes and reviews well which is more specific and accurate. Moreover, it brings good results
and goals that affect the study outcomes more specific and developing. Quantitative research
technique also benefited to measure the mathematical data sources. It also helps to bring the new
method or challenging target performance. This technique can easily measure the exact ration of
digital technology used by the company. However, it brings the new matter of fact that describes
the new way of learning tools and techniques (Xiang, Magnini and Fesenmaier, 2015).
Researcher also used data collection methodology which is again most necessary methodology in
research. Data collection is the process to collect reliable data for collecting some specific data

businesses. Study discussed about sources and availability of technologist in small scale industry.
However, study presents different facts and figures to generate more revenue for black
