Topic- To evaluate the impact of digitalisation in supporting growth and innovation of
Qbic hotel.
Background :
Technology has changed lives as well as lifestyles of people. With increasing technology,
the world is developing at a faster rate, thus producing various opportunities for people as well.
In fact, technologies have become an essential part in modifying the lifestyle of people. Digital
technology have resulted in various positive outcomes in different sectors. It can be used in
achieving the outcomes as well as overcoming the barriers and challenges that can come as a
barrier in the growth of the company (Eckerson, 2010). The report is about the effect of
digitalisation technology in supporting and increasing the growth rate of Qbic hotel. Also, it
includes how it can help in innovation of the organisation as well.
Aim
To evaluate the impact of digitalisation in supporting growth and innovation of Qbic
hotel.
Objectives
 To determine the concept of digital technology

Aim of the project: The main aim of present project is To analyse the importance of
digital technology in supporting the development and innovation of Qbic hotel.

Project cost: The overall project decided to be 25000 Euros which will help in fulfilment
of overall aspects of the project being decided by the manager.
Time: In total it will take 11 days in initiating overall aspects of the business and
implementing the same in Qbic hotel.
Quality: Benchmarking quality is considered to be main aspect that can help in overall
fulfilment of goals and objectives of the business. Hence, Total Quality management criteria can
be adopted by the team for better output.
Communication: Vertical flow of communication will be adopted so as to ensure that
subordinates can communicate with their seniors in a vertical format.
Risk: There are various types of risks that are involved in the project. It includes, social

manual documentation of the hotel is the most challenging issue of the hotel. As it is quite hard
to record manually about all the details of the customers and employees. So, they think digital
technology can help in removing the system of manual documentation, thus can include any
database or something by which they can keep the records maintained so that there could be no
loss of data issue or no security concerns as well. One employee of the hotel think that the billing
system is the main issue of the company whereas another employee thinks the attendance
procedure is the worst. The loss of attendance of any employee is marked as an absentee, so that
employee thinks there should be biometrics. Majority of the employees, 28 employees think that
the whole documentation process of the company should turn online from manually and it will
help in speeding up the operations of the hotel, thus focusing on achieving the targets of Qbic
