time. Hence, the role of project management team is to make relative plans for successful
outcomes. It is necessary to include various factors in company for growth:
Scope of project: Technological advancement has benefited business enterprise in every
manner. Earlier it was very difficult to finish work on time but now it can happen with just one
click. It has increased opportunities of job because organisation need qualified workers who are
very efficient in doing such kind of work. Using new tools and technologies now they can
increase their manufacturing speed better with maximum amount of products.
