This report critically investigates the barriers to digital inclusion and online social networking among young people with disabilities, presenting two potential solutions. This solution aims to enhance compatibility and accessibility, addressing issues related to inaccessible PDF files and search tool inefficiencies. The current model contributes to providing effective assistance to the disabled people
so that each individual can expand the use of information and digital technology for

 Participants: In this participants are recruited with the print disability who
gained the experience of ICT and using digital library services. The age range
of participant is between 21 and 51 which help in collecting responses from
the participants.
 Data collection: The data are collected through interview process regarding
digital inclusion. It includes semi-structured interview technique which helps
in collecting the data relevant to the projects. In this participants are asked
about their use of a library and digital services provided in the physical library.
It includes web-based library through e-books but with the use of audio and
braille digital services are used by people with disability.
 Analysis: In this step, ICF framework is used to analyse the data which
includes deductive thematic analysis to collect data related to digital inclusion
and use of digital technology.
Limitations
 The solution faces the issue of inaccessible PDF files that cannot be rendered
by text-to-speech tools. This solution involves the barriers of print disability
which leads to affect the digital inclusion and social networking sites
intervention.
 It involves problem-related to the search tools of the digital library which is
due to inefficient management of data that leads to create inefficiency in
searching.

technique which leads to helps in data searching through simplifying
facilitating fast and accurate data retrieval.
 Internet connectivity: The internet connectivity is solved through Ultra-
wideband through transmitting large amount of digital data over wide
spectrum which leads to enhance.
 Time consuming issue: The time consumption is major issue which is arises
in the collection of data through qualitative intervention and which can be
solved through indexing technique which leads to help in managing the data in
a sequential manner which results in reduction in time duration.
