The Dockland Academy, situated at London comprise of a partnership with various chains of
restaurants. These includes the names Tas, Haz and Hazev. They comprise of various chains
including operations of beverages and foods within and across Central London. This take place from
bars and cafes top huge restaurants that serves Anatolian cuisine.
In this report various classical theories of management are analyzed. Then the role and
various styles of leadership are discussed here. Then the leadership styles in the above restaurant
chains are demonstrated. Lastly, the effects of digital technologies impacting the external and
internal styles are examined here.

The classical management theories are based on the idea that the workers only have
economic and physical necessities. This has been never considering the job satisfactions and social
necessities. However, it has been advocating the specialization labor, profit maximization and
decision making and leadership (El Sawy et al. 2016).
Firstly, it comprises of the hierarchical structure. Within the theory of classical management,
the places of working are distinguished into three types of distinct layers regarding management. At
the top position the owners are placed and the executives and board of directors has been setting the
long range aims for the business. Then there is specialization. The theories of classical management
includes the assembly line views of the working scenario. Here, the huge activities are distinguished
to smaller ones that can be accomplished easily (Kane et al. 2015). Further, the workers has been
understanding the roles and thus it has been specializing the single section. It is useful to rise the
efficiency and productivity. This can be done through eradicating the necessity for the staffs towards
multi-tasking (Kreutzer, Neugebauer and Pattloch 2017). Then, the incentives are to be considered.
Here, the theory states that the employees get motivated through various economic rewards. This has
been proposing that the staffs would be working string and turn out to be more productive as they are
awarded incentives on the basis of the works. Thus, the employers motivating the employee through
the method can gain the rise in production, profit and efficiency.

4. Integrating and reconciling the personal aims with the business goals:
The leaders with the traits of leadership is useful to integrate and reconcile the individual
aims of the staffs with the organizational aims. They must try to co-ordinate the effort of people as
the common reason and achieve the aims.

The leader is intended to invite and entertain the co-operation and support of the
subordinates. It is done through experience, maturity, intelligence and personality. They are intended
