AI Summary
This capstone research project investigates the influence of digital learning on primary education. The study begins with an introduction, research questions, and objectives, aiming to comprehend the concepts of primary education and digital learning, determine their influence, explore affecting factors, and evaluate digital learning strategies for improvement. The research justifies the significance of the problem, providing a background on the increasing role of digital technology in education and its benefits. A literature review explores existing research on the topic, including views on primary education, the growing use of digital technology, and the need for teacher training. The methodology section outlines the use of primary and secondary data collection methods, including surveys with open-ended questionnaires administered to 15 teachers, and the data analysis through Ms-Excel and content analysis. The study aims to provide insights into the impact of digital learning on primary education, contributing to the understanding of effective educational practices.

Introduction
Research title
Influence of Digital learning on primary education
Research question and sub-questions
Aim of the study
The main aim of this study is to analyze the influence of digital learning on primary
education.
Research objectives
The research objectives of this study will be met due to making a reliable solution in favor of
study concern as discussed below:
To comprehend the conceptual knowledge about primary education and digital
learning
To determine the influence of digital learning on primary education
To explore the factors affecting primary education in practicing the digital learning
To evaluate the digital learning strategies for improving primary education by
Research questions
In the section, the below given are the major research questions that will be considered by the
research for further study.
Q1. What is the meaning and concept of primary education and digital learning?
Q2. What is the influence of digital learning in primary education?
Q3. Which factors are affecting primary education in practicing digital learning?
Q4: Which digital learning strategies are used for improving primary education?
Justification as to the significance of the problem/issue
This research is effective to understand the concepts of digital learning and primary
education. The digital learning is a kind of learning which is accompanied by instrumental

practices which make effective use of tool. It could encompass for the wide spectrum
practices, which could be associated with virtual and blended learning. In the current business
period, it is imperative for the institution to gain their depth understanding of how digital
learning could affecting primary education. The digital learning could support to provide a
path to the study for making the bright future in upcoming period. It is observed that this
research will help the researcher to understand the impact of digital learning on primary
education
Research background
In the current era, it is imperative for a tutor to comrade the influence of digital learning in
primary education due to improving the education system. The primary education is initial
stages of education hence the institution has needed to more focus on this section of student.
Further, it is stated that digital technology has brought new ways to diverse avenues of
learning. The digital technology has made it easily accessible for the students to get
knowledge in the best manner (Instefjord, 2014). The influence of digital technology is aimed
at developing learning. Thus, in the present state use of digital technology leads to different
benefits for primary education.
Literature review
Considering the views of Sargent, 2018, primary education is considered as one of prior and
major learnings for student which add on to the responsibility of teachers to provide the
proper learning to their students at school. The digital learning activity is conducted by the
teachers to their student for improving their learning process. It would also facilitate the
tutors to create the interest of student towards the study.
Agreeing to this, Crawford and Fitzpatrick, 2015 presents the views that the use of digital
technology has been growing which influences the primary education. The use of digital
resources by the teacher contribute in enhancing learning by forming lessons via different

ways which include word document, form the diverse communication channels majorly for
the student as well as for their parents through e-mail as well as social media (Blackwell,
Lauricella and Wartella, 2014). On other hand, effective use of technology requires teacher to
take training for effective use. It is because the untrained tutor could unable to practice digital
technology for primary education.
According to Thomson, Barzillai, van den Broek, and Schroeder, 2018, digital technology are
widely available in the schools for the improved learning of the students. The teachers need
to realize the benefits of the use of digital technology and consider it as their daily practices
to make the effective use of it. It is also stated that teachers have the ability to use digital
technology as this benefits in implementing student-centered learning activities with effective
communication among the parents and can lead to children’s learning. The use of effective
technology will make the student to easily learn that leads to rise in educational achievement.
Knowledge gap
This study is emphasized on evaluating the influence of digital learning in primary education.
The researcher should be needed to deeply evaluate this concern hence the questionnaire will
be conducted on approximate 250 teachers from the different region due to collect their
different opinion towards the concern. Due to lack of cost, this study was conducted on 15
tutors in the same area as this could enable to get reliable information about this concern.
Methodology
Through this section, the researcher will be able to select a particular method for collecting
death information towards a particular research matter. For performing this study, the
primary, as well as secondary data method, will be implied due to getting the factual data
which is associated with the role of digital technology on the primary education. The
researcher will collect the data with the help of the survey through questionnaire tool and
collect their responses towards role of digital technology in primary education (Bell, Bryman,

and Harley, 2018). The research will involve 15 teachers to collect the actual as well as
reliable information in context of role of digital technology in primary education. The
researcher has considered the open-ended questionnaire to conduct this study as it would be
imperative to get the direct response of the participants. The gathered information will be
further analyzed with the help of the statistical tool that involves use of Ms-excel software for
gathering all the information considering graphs, charts, tables, and others. Further, the
gathered information will be analyzed with the help of the content analysis method for this
research. The sampling method that will be adopted by the research for this study is
probability random sampling instead of non-probability sampling as this avoids any issue of
biasness and remain easy with cost-effective (Fowler Jr, 2013). Moreover, this tool leads to
effective results that show the actual results.
