While analysing the management style with respect to the aspects of a service industry
it has been noticed that most of the effective management styles are intended to be adaptive
in nature, flexible as well as the appropriate. Followed by this aspect it has been observed that
there are several influencing factor present which affects the management style of a service
industry. Those identified influencing factors are listed below:

among the leader and the follower which indicates that the leaders must be polite as

supervision in the management style of a service industry. Hence, it can be stated that
the leaders must be highly efficient with their monitoring skill as it will help the
