Reflection
Being the team of the IT Project at the Max Lionel Realty, I have analysed and
learned the needs and the issues of the project. Concerning to these, I would like to reflect the
technological and ethical process I undertook with regards to determining the digital
information needs for the team.
In the first place, I determined the
plans and policies that the project would be
undertaken into. In this connection, it was examined that the major ones are considered to be
the effective engaging with the customers as well as the clients. Building a recognisable
goodwill in the eyes of the business market to gain the integrity stands important for the IT
industry. In addition to this, the concerned IT industry is to be responsible for supporting the
aspect of innovative thinking, management of the projects as well as the leadership skills to
maintain the connected employees and their ethics in work.
Secondly, I focused on determining the
validity as well as the reliability of the
sources needed at the Max Lionel Realty. Concerning to this investigation, it was determined
that the four main criteria for the same are the authority, accuracy, objectivity as well as the
currency coverage. In addition to this four, the appearance of the project have also been
considered to be crucial for the concerned IT firm. The authority is needed to solve the
queries related to the project and setting the need of the sources (Sekaran and Bougie 2016).
The accuracy is needed to be maintained in the quality and the quantity of the sources to
avoid future escalations in the firm (Mitra 2016). The objectivity of the project is important
because it would set the needs and requirements of the process and ethics that are to be
followed in the project period. The currency coverage is considered to be crucial in the

for the future use. In this context, the next process I undertook was the process being set for
the
storage of the research and the presentation done at the present for use in the future
projects of the firm. As opined by Fink (2019), the smartest options for the storage of the
research and presentation done for one project and saving it for future use is the
documentation of the same in the traditional form of filing it as the databases in the systems
may be lost, but the traditional file would remain. However, the several options that are
available to the concerned firm are the storing of the data in the e-mail, spreadsheets, pen
drives, disk spaces as well as the traditional files.
Last, but not the least, I would like to reflect the
strategies I used in order to ensure
