Objective 5 With this expertise and my present productivity, what
else are my future prospects?
Rationale: As I previously indicated, I am new to leadership and also have
a lot to acquire. There is a lot of high surface information that I require to
study or gain expertise with while operating beside each other. At this
point, I definitely require practise and assistance from colleagues in some
places where I require to grow, but based on my present skill and
understanding, I can confidently declare that I have learnt enough things
