market. The marketing industry is increasing day by day because of the innovation in
technologies, connectivity with social media as well as various possibilities. It is analyzed by the
author that Marketing can win the market because of the increase in the digital platform. It helps
in gaining the attention of the customers. Marketers include marketing opportunities because of
social media innovation as nowadays people are more active on social media. A marketer uses
the strategy to promote and captivating audiences. New ways are used for connecting with the
audiences are ads on Facebook, Instagram pages and in-app checkout. Marketers identify the
right platform for engaging the audience with the help of campaigns on the social media
platform. Social media helps in establishing the great position of the marketer on social media.
Another reason is the shift in using the technologies as old generation also begin to use social
media for connecting with people. The percentage has been increased for using the technologies
in the last 10 years. Customers are more engaged influenced by social marketing (Marinucci,
2019). For the marketer, it is necessary to identify the audience as every generation reach in a
