Introduction
Marketing is the strategy used by companies to promote buying and selling
the products and services (Chan, 2020). Marketing includes the promotional
activities like advertising, selling and delivering their good or services to customers.
Companies are using different media that used to communicate with large target
customers. Digital marketing is example or marketing communication which includes
the promotion of brand to connect consumers using social platforms, internet and
other forms of digital communication method (Deepak and Jeyakumar, 2019). It
includes E-mails, web site based marketing and multimedia channels. This report is
based on Enterprise Cars is United Kingdom based car rental club operating since
2000 with headquarters in Leeds, UK. This report contains the various tools used in
digital marketing and have detailed reflection on importance and application of digital
marketing tools.
Campaign objectives
This campaign objectives refers to the ultimate goal of marketing in company.
Enterprise car has objective of more sales and generate higher revenues compared
to last years ratio (Hanson and Kalyanam, 2020). Enterprise cars should analyse
their objectives through the strategy of SMART objectives. Objectives should be
specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and should be achieved on time.
