Project Overview
This project proposal briefly showcases the project that has been undertaken. The purpose is
to open a business unit in India. The company is a digital marketing and mobile application
development company. Initially, the company will focus on developing mobile application
for NGOs. The application will be used by NGOs to connect with the mass and share what
they do. The mobile application will also have virtual simulation game of NGOs and players
will be able to play online. The game will provide virtual situation on NGO activities and the
users can operate an NGO in the game as similar to real one. The revenue will be earned
through advertisement. The subsections ahead detail on various aspects of the project.
Statement of the problem
A digital marketing and mobile application company will be opened in India. The initial goal
of the company is to develop mobile applications for the NGOs that are working in India and
help them grow their popularity on online medium. NGOs are less valued in comparison to
the effort they make for the society. Lots of people are unaware of how NGOs work and
whether they are good for society. The company will develop real life simulation game of
NGO activities for the masses to increase its popularity. The process of opening the business
and first mobile application will take one year. The stakeholders are company owners,
management, project team, investors and future customers.
