LO3 Reflect critically on the potential research outcomes and the significance of possible
contributions.
It was highly interesting for me to carry out the research study upon the role of digital marketing
in enhancing expansion level and success of an organisation. I have carried out the research
project on Lidl. I have gained understanding that, digital marketing is one of the promotional tool
which is useful in advertising the specific products and services using search engine and social
medial sites. I believe the fact that, implication of digital marketing leads to better connectivity
and also improve enhanced level of interaction with targeted customers at international level.
This can be done through making proper use of internet network (Chaffey, 2019). This study was
highly beneficial for me because it helped me examine the latest trends within the digital
marketing to analyse the role and importance to enhance expansion level and success of the
company. I have gained better set of understanding which is useful in effectively enhancing the
expansion and success level of the company. I have carried out this study because of my
academic interest. This study has helped me fill any knowledge deficit and improve the results
and outcomes of the study. Iv ave reviewed the viewpoints of the large number of google
scholars which in turn helps in improving the key results and outcomes. I have taken into
consideration the viewpoints of various google scholars. I ave taken into consideration the
argumentative as well as the supportive viewpoints of the authors on the specific theme. This
improved my knowledge ipon the subject matter. I believe that, use of digital marketing is
considered to be important for the company as it leads to greater reach to consumer through the
use of internet which comprises of promotional and advertising strategies. This is useful in
attracting customers via email, social media, content marketing, search platforms, etc.
As per the Gibbs reflective model, it was highly interesting for me to conduct the literature
review section because it has helped me gain relevant set of results and outcomes related with the
subject matter. This helped me explore key elements of each themes and improve the results and
outcomes in a significant manner (Herhausen and et.al., 2020). This way it is relevant in attaining
the aim and objectives of the study. Promotion and advertising is a part of digital marketing
which is useful in providing positive relation and continuous contribution that support and leads
to enhanced success and expansion of a firm. This is significant in attracting the target customers

outcomes with appropriate interpretation. Selection the right methodology was the new thing for
me which help me analyse which is the best suitable way to improve the results and outcomes. I
have selected primary set of data collection method because it leads to collection of specific facts
from the respondents. The data has been gathered from the secondary sources too because it
provides complete evaluation and analysis associated with the past facts and records. This helps
in gaining descriptive set of insight related to the subject matter. I was very excited to select the
appropriate sample size. I have selected 30 participants who are the employees of the Lidl
company with the use of random sampling method. I have carried out the study in an ethically
reliable manner. I have taken consent from the participants before carrying out the study. I have
taken written approval and appropriate consent from the participants are necessary (Patrutiu-
Baltes, 2016). I have gathered data from the reliable sources and no irrelevant set of information
has been collected. I have also complied with the data protection act which is useful in
improving the key results and outcomes. It was highly interesting for me to clear the facts and
figures and attain the aim and objectives related with the subject matter. I have better
communication skills which helps me in improving the key results. It was also very significant
for me to manage all the activities in a timely manner. I have completed the project on a timely
manner and regular feedback from the supervisor has been taken . This way it has helped me in
ensuring that, I have met the requirement of the project and attain greater set of efficiency and
leads to improved results. I have also summarized the whole study. This study has helped me
critically examine that digital marketing is useful in providing better connectivity and interaction
with the customers. This way it leads to higher productivity and customers base. I have
understood that, social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, twitter, etc. are
considered to be highly relevant in reaching the targeted customers and attain high degree of of
