Introduction
This research is focusing on idea of analysing the importance of digital marketing in order to
increase growth and productivity of business operations. This idea is focusing on the
organisation called Netflix. The background of this research is based on the digital marketing
that helps every organisation in enhancing their growth opportunities in the market. As company
is using this digital marketing process in order to enhance their productivity and selling. Digital
marketing is the tool of marketing which help the organisation in connecting with the customers
through internet basis and enhance their sales and profitability as well (Christofi, Iaia, and
Masciarelli, 2021). As in context with Netflix, it is the American top content platform which is
also a production company. It is providing subscription based streaming services that is offering
services of online streaming of films and television series.
This study is aiming to the analysing the importance of digital marketing in order to increase
growth and productivity of business operations. There are certain objectives which re to be
achieved that is firstly is to know about the concept and meaning of digital marketing and its role
in the organisation for increasing growth opportunities and task. Then secondly is importance of
digital marketing in growth and productivity of the organisation. Finally, there is a challenge that
is being faced by mangers of marketing at the time of implementing digital marketing strategies
in the organisation.

This is the first step of reflection which is called as description as it is reflecting on the

(Dewnarain, Ramkissoon, and Mavondo, 2021). In this first stage of reflection model, I have
focus on various digital marketing that is being sued by many of the organisation now a day in
order to promote their products and services in effective manner. as I have analysed various
digital marketing’s strategies. This helps me in sharing information about a particular topic and
discussion of what activities and task to be used by Netflix in order to attract customers. By
conducting this research, I have also analysed that there are various digital marketing strategies
used in organisation like search engine optimisation, websites and social media marketing in

The second stage which is called as feelings, as in this stage, as in this stage there is an
analysis of the activities which is founded in stage 1. This research is carried out on effective
manner which includes detailed analysis of the recent changes coming in digital marketing. From
this I have made questionnaire survey in order to collect accurate and reliable data and
information (Khuntia, Kathuria, and Celly, 2021). So that I could get in depth knowledge about
this topic.
Third stage is referring to evaluation, which focus on dealing of issue which I have faced
while conducting this research. I have mentioned a brief description of the study while
conducting literature review section. It focusses on how this digital marketing helps the
organisation in attracting more customers and providing growth opportunities to the employees
as well. It also focusses on how these digital marketing creates importance in the organisation.
Fourth stage is analysis which is focusing on the self-reflection and research
understanding. In this stage I have finds out some of my strength and weaknesses. My strength
are communication skills and time management skills and my weakness is lack of stress
management and lack of financial resources as well. I have to overcomes from these challenges.
The fifth step is conclusion that is more focus on conclusion part of the research. This is
made so that the information which is gathered about a particular data should be concluded. I
have made an ideas of digital marketing and this help the organisation in creating positive impact
on customers and organisation both (Saura, Reyes-Menéndez, and Correia, 2021).
Final step is action plan, as it is made for further research, as in this step is related to more
effective approaches and changes that could be done in the future report and where I could have
made some of the improvements. This will help me in gaining better outcomes as well. Further, I
will focus on my weakness that is lack of stress managements, As I will complete my work on
time which helps me in reducing my stress and schedule my targets effectively. Moreover, I
could use another research strategy that is interview to collect data and information in most
effective manner.
