project is based on a study to measure the impact of digital marketing among the UK based
customers. To ensures better discussion and in-depth relevant reflection about learning and
experience get use of Kolb's learning cycle is made which enureses a systematic and effective
presentation of personal learning and reflection.

Reflective assessment mainly comprises of a process where individuals are asked to
evaluate and reflect on their learning, experience and other fillings encountered during a project
or assignment. Reflective easement is important and vital as it lead to enhanced self awareness
and development of emotional intelligence. The current reflective assessment is based on the

learning cycle is made. It brings more systematic and effective reflection on own learning with
the help of four consecutive steps and stages which are discussed below:

current research project which comprises of discussion about recent trends seen in digital
marketing. Apart from this, a discussion about the trends and advantages of digital marketing are
also made to develop better understanding about the ways how it overtaken the traditional

Reflective Observation
The main observation and experience get by me while current research poster is
associated with better understanding about the concept of digital marketing. It has been learnt by
me that digital marketing associated with use of computer network and internet services along
with viable online platforms which comprises of social media and other platforms for the
purpose of better promotion and marketing of products and services. It has been find out by me
that many advantages and disadvantages are their which are associated with use and implication
of digital marketing. Global reach, uninterrupted and fast services along with more cost efficient
way of marketing and promotion are main advantages and benefits of digital marketing to
facilitates a positive impact and higher satisfaction for consumers. Apart from this, it has been
also learnt by me that privacy threats and breach of security are some of the common drawback
and challenges associated with the use of digital marketing. Further, a better understanding about
the recent trends of digital marketing which compromise of Chatbots and social media marketing
was also made by me which provides a better interaction and connection with consumer to have
higher satisfaction and performance level for customers.
Abstract conceptualisation
From the current research poster a better learning about the ways and experience to
conduct and lead a research was developed by me. A better understanding about setting research
objectives and hypothesis based on specific topic is also experienced by me. Further, implication
of literature review with the help of evaluation of various authentic and reliable journals and
articles is also made by me which improved and enhanced by research and other managerial
skills. Apart from this, a section associated with research method is also there in current research
poster that makes me aware about various research philosophy and approach out of which use of
positivism philosophy and deductive approach was made by me to have a systematic and
scientific form of research. Further, use of quantitative form of research method was also made
by me that ensures better collection and gathering of information with the help of questionnaire.
Use of pie charts and frequency table is also made which lead and ensures better presentation and
communication of gathered facts and information.
Active extermination
Although current research work was viable and suitable for leading better managerial and
communication skill in me along with, starring enhanced information regarding the conception

of digital marketing and its recent trends. Some difficulties and pitfalls were also encountered by
me which are associated with lack of resources and proper management of time. Thus, for future
research work and assignment use of some management and statistical tool like Gantt chart and
work break down structure could also be made. Apart from this, use of qualitative form of
research method and interview would also be made by me in future to ensures better insight and
deep analysis of topic to reach a more viable and appropriate result.
Conclusion
On the basis of above reflective assessment it can be concluded that reflective writing
offer a better way to evaluated and assess the past learning and experiencing to build better
understanding and self awareness. Furthers, it has been also summarised that implication of
Kolb's learning cycle offer a more systematic way to reflect on an individuals own experience
and learning gained while doing a project or assignment. At last, a better implication about
conception of digital marketing along with experience about conducting a research is also
summarised from current research project.
