Objectives for the Research:
To understand the concept of the digital marketing technology for the marketing

Scope of the project:
Digital marketing platform is broad in its aspect, it provides the various channels which can be
digital advertising, social media platform, email and mobile marketing etc. It is helpful to
provide the better marketing options to the organization which can be implemented for the better
productivity of the firm (Bibarsov, Khokholova and Okladnikova, 2017). Each digital marketing
channel are efficient to provide the peak range of customers and also enable the organization to
measure their product performance on these digital platform.
Task required for the project:
The activities can be budget planning which is for making the investment in the project, aim
selection is the main aspect which provide the lead to move forward. To analyse the stakeholder
for the project for fund-raising, to contact with the manufacturer or suppliers who deliver good
quality raw materials in the market it is beneficial to select more vendors as it is easier for the
negotiation of the price (Farashah, Thomas and Blomquist, 2019). Labour force to allocate the
resources to them to carry out the operation, most importantly time management to deliver the
project on time without delay.

Time factor is the main aspect of the project it enables the discipline to follow the stages

development. It is the retention process of the employee it associated the human resource
management with the staff life cycle. Talent management involves the planning, management,
hiring and retention process which is required for the organization to increase their work place
productivity. The main purpose of the talent management is to develop the healthy and
supportive work place environment so that employees work better. This term differs company to
company as every company has their different strategies to implement talent management
program. Talent management is not only about to grab the attention of the talented people but it
is the effectual continuous process which include the processes which are sourcing, recruiting,
and promoting to meet the organizational goals and objectives.
Theme 2: Best practices of the talent management:
According to the Frefer, Mahmoud, Haleema and Almamlook, (2018) best practices of the talent
management ensures the better performance of the organization. As one of the best practice is to
assign the goals of the individual and the organizational goals. It is the main responsibility of the
company to make sure that all the employees are giving their full effort in achieving company's
goals as well as their goals. For that it is important to implement the better communication

Other best practice is to provide the positive feedback which helps the employee to make
improvement. It is up to the leader who has responsibility to maintain good relation with the
employees both personally and professionally so that leader can effectively proceed to give the
feedback for the employee or company's betterment. For improvement company can also
proceed to provide the skill development training to the employees so that they develop the
knowledge to carry out the task for the organisation.
Theme 3: Steps in talent management
As per the view of Meredith, Shafer and Mantel, 2017 talent management involves the steps
which are planning, retaining, selection, attraction, and development steps. It encompasses the
steps which are planning in which the management team identify if their organization required a
staff then they design the job role and make the strategy for the recruitment plan. In the attracting
process the organization put their data on the website to attract the candidate for the interview
process. Further, in selection process the recruitment team select ask for the interview or to select
the right talent for the company by conducting test for the candidate so that it give the complete
analysis to the recruitment team. For the developing process selected candidates are invited on
boarding plan in which the human resources team gives the training to the employees to make
them understand the work place environment. Retaining is the last step in the talent management
process as it is very important for the organization to retain their employee for that they can do
effectual activities which can be rewarding them for their good work, compensate them with
extra pay for their hard work.
