Introduction
Marketing can be defined as a collection of activities which helps in providing the

Physical evidence: it refers to the existence of the company which includes the offline
platform so that the customers can believe in the physical existence of the company
which is also helpful in order to develop a positive brand image of the organisation into

Process: it is the factor which refers to the activities that helps the organisation to deliver
their goods and services. It is also used in order to attract the customers by using several
techniques of delivery of the product.
People: this factor includes the employees and other people who are engaged in order to attain
