Currently Starbucks is having 17.9m followers on Instagram and it
is updating post is 2,198 Instagram photos and videos from
Starbucks coffee. Company is offering 20% discounts on their
coffee. So that customers will be more attracted by them and
results in being making profits of their organization. Starbucks
starts many of the social media campaigns to attract customers
(Haupt, and Azevedo, 2021). These are Unicorn Frappuccino,
Pumpkin spice latte, Extra shot of pride etc. as these campaigns
helps them in increasing of their customer satisfactions and
profitability of the business.

Summary
From the above report it has been concluded that company uses
various social media and digital marketing handles in order to
promote their goods and services and this results in increasing of
their profitability and customer base both. From the above it
concluded that twitter is used by Girls scouts’ ads and Instagram
handle is used by Starbucks ads as a communication strategy for
their brand. If these are done effectively then company can earn a lot
of profits and this results in customer satisfaction.
