Digital marketing have been one of the most profound kind of business. With the
advancement in the technology, the retail business is taking up the internet by providing
service to the public (Cyr et al., 2018). E-commerce is rapidly growing and helping in making
the platform strong. However, the website of the different retailers should be strong enough
to attract more customers to the website. The following paper would be discussing about the
different aspects that would help in making the website design more durable.
Casanova designs is considered to be a famous online platform that provides service
in the field of event planning (Kingsnorth, 2019). They produce fabulous service in any kinds
of events that they are entitled. However, there website is not that strong enough that would
help them in making or attracting more customers. Thus, the organization needed to make
some upgrades at their call to action and segmentation plans.
There are several ways to make the organization website strong. The website have to
be more responsive to the customers. It is the duty of the organization that the website is
responsive to the customers in every possible way. There should be BOT messages that
would help the customers in clearing some of the basic issues that they would face while
accessing the website. There is no such of BOT simulation at the Casanova Design website.
This would help the organization in attracting more customers rather than just making them
feel unattended.
The website should not be complex for the customers to navigate. They should be
able to find the exact content for which they are visiting the website. Visitors often confused
form the complex design of the website. Rather than finding their way, they get in the
complex and strange design of the website. Thus, they gets frustrated and leave the website.
This makes a bad impression for the business. Thus, the website needs to be simple and easily
accessible (McDowell, Wilson & Kile Jr, 2016).

It is recommended that Casanova Design should improve the speed of the page so that
there is lower rate if bounce and it also have more longer session while customers are using
the website. It is estimated that any form of delay at the website would mean loss of
customers. Customers are impatience, as they want fast action from everything (Patrutiu-
Baltes, 2016). As they are using online platform for accessing and making plans for events,
they also expect that the results from the website would also be fast. Thus, the website is
needed to be fast with minimum delay time.
Casanova Design should be able to target the marketing segmentation. They should
improve the website in such a manner that the customers should feel that they are directly in
touch with a life employee of the organization. The upgraded service provided by the
improved website would help them in improving the segmentation.
Thus, the study could be concluded by providing a brief over view of the different
kind of action plans that could be used by Casanova Designs for improving their website
design.
