growth and productivity. Company has to keep on analysing ways which can be used for
improving quality of work that is being delivered to the final user.

scenario. Instead of relying on traditional methods, managers are opting for modern solutions
that are provided by the digital organisations (Sirmon and et. al., 2011). It is vital to ensure that
organisations are able to develop right approach to integrate the digital methods for improving

of customers by providing them hardware as well as software assistance for making their
business process smoother.
Present research work is stated to determine the effectiveness of digitalisation in
enhancing performance of company. In the present era, organisations are focusing on adapting
new technologies which will enable them in delivering superior quality of services. These

and get the job done within set period of time (Christopher, 2016). With the application of new
methods and equipment, company is able to improve its profitability and productivity together.
Basically, technology has assisted business in enhancing their efficiency levels which has led to
improvement in the performance. Currently, digital technologies are being used as a way to align
business and other environmental aspects together. This will boost optimum utilisation of
